If you're looking to buy an elliptical cross trainer but are put off by the size of the machines then you could consider buying one that folds down.
Admittedly they don't fold down to a really small size but they will fold down to size that won't dominate a room and can also be pushed into a cupboard.

All in all this is a great trainer and I highly recommend it, the price is reasonable and you get a lot for your money. I will probably be stopping my Gym membership as now I can get up a bit later, do more on the cross trainer (limit of 20 minutes at the Gym), not have to wait for someone to get off it, and shower in the luxury of my own home - bliss.... and it cost less than a years membership"
