The only awkward bit was connecting the resistance wire which would have been easier with two people but I managed on my own. I am only used to gym cross trainers and although this is a much simnpler version it does the job. its very quiet and doesn't take up much space. i like that you have the option to go backwards on it too. not sure the calorie counter is that accurate but the timer is good. Over all I am impressed with the machine."
